Pricing
In order to confirm your appointment at Avita, we require a credit card to be added to your account. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy if you need to cancel your appointment and do not want to be charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the appointment. Note: For security reasons, your credit card number is saved as a token.
At Avita Health and Massage Therapy Clinic in North Vancouver, we take pride in delivering premium care at competitive prices. If you have an extended health plan, you may also receive partial coverage for your treatment. We direct bill most extended health plans.
To ensure that all patients have fair access to appointments, we kindly ask that you book no more than one appointment per modality per day. We respectfully reserve the right to limit or disable online booking for patients who do not follow this policy.

***Effective June 11th, 2026, our physiotherapists will be implementing an increase of $5 per session for most physiotherapy services. This increase aligns our rates with those of most other clinics in the area. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you soon.***
Direct Billing
Avita Health & Massage is able to directly bill to most extended health plans of our clients. Please see the list below, and if any of these apply to you please let us know when you book your appointment. By supplying us the policy and ID number we can set up a direct billing account for you. If there is an amount that your plan does not cover, you simply pay the difference at the time of the appointment and the plan will send us the remainder by cheque.
Please note:
- We are not able to determine when you have maxed out your individual benefits, so please be sure to stay on top of this by contacting your Extended Health Provider directly for this information. Thank you.
- Exception to direct billing. In the case of Orthotics and Counselling, we are unfortunately not able to direct bill. The client must pay up front and submit to their extended plan for reimbursement. Thank you.
How do I determine my extended healthcare benefits coverage?
- Review your benefits package through your employer
- Contact your extended healthcare company or visit their website
- Talk to your human resources (HR) or extended health plan administrator
